Terrible service. Replaceable everything else.

Property was fine.

Avoid. The only way to get into accommodation is through something that was described as "an app", with no indication of what the app is. I eventually worked out it was a website with instructions, a link that opens the main door, and a code for the apartment door. After entering accommodation for the first time, you have to keep clicking on the link to get into the building. No backup key or anything. If your phone dies, you're out. I had to extend the stay, so for convenience I decided to add a night. I used the request an extension link three times, and didn't get a response in the expected 48-hour window. Emailed, and was told to use the link. Phoned, and no one answered. Booked another property which also turned out to be run by the same company, Arbio (it wasn't clear in the listing). The online service to get into the apartment was broken and wouldn't give us instructions or alternatives to enter. Phone call with customer service was frustrating as the person on the other hand had clearly wrong information about the code to enter the apartment, and the placement a backup key, that eventually appeared to not exist. After 40 minutes, I reloaded the website and it worked. Had I not done that, I have no idea how long it would have taken. I was at that point scared to leave, due to the risk of being locked out if the website malfunctioned again. They took a deposit that was four times the value of the stay and only gave it back after a week, throughout which I was pestered for a review. When I asked about my deposit (twice) I was told there was no deposit but only pre-authorised money. The money was not available in my account, which by all intents and purposes is a deposit. The properties are fine. They should hire a service designer and get this fixed. Until then, stay away.

Goede douche en bedden

Slechte stoelen / krukken in keuken geen tafel maar een bar waar je niet met 4 aan kon zitten. Geen lekkere stoel of bank waar je kon zitten in keuek/kamer. Geen pannen om iets te koken
