The location and price.
First, I didn't like the Saudi male receptionist in the evening and his careless attitude. I think the hotel will loose a lot of customers because of his unfriendly attitude. My hotel stay was spoiled because of this. The second thing I didn't like was the lingering bad smell in the elevators and passages (corridor). The third thing was the noisy elevators. They didn't crash or break down, but there was something terribly wrong with them and were badly in need of a service.
