Apartamento muy limpio, cómodo y práctico, con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La climatización funciona de maravilla, manteniendo siempre una temperatura muy agradable. Además, el aislamiento acústico es excelente y las camas son muy cómodas.
La comunicación fue muy intensa antes de la llegada, con contactos de varias personas para ofrecer ayuda. Sin embargo, el día que realmente la necesitábamos para solicitar un early check-in, nos hicieron creer que podría ser posible y, tras varios mensajes preguntando nuestra hora de llegada, acabamos esperando fuera del apartamento con un bebé porque aún no estaba listo. En general, el seguimiento fue muy exhaustivo, pero no hubo flexibilidad para atender peticiones como un late check-out de solo 30 minutos, que también fue rechazado.

The property was clean, modern, well designed and everything worked exactly as it should. The AC made the place ice cold even in 40 degree heat.
