Its location.
There were no napkins in the lobby by the coffee machine. The bed was too low to the floor. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The bed slept like a worn sofa bed.

There isn’t a pool that was the only thing missing for me.

It was new
Hardwood floors, lobby restrooms locked, it’s a suite with no sofa bed. Little hair on the washcloth that was left on the sink folded with soap on it for use. And before bed I saw a small bug crawling on my pillow.
