Clean, neat with most appliances.
Walkable to all necessities.
Door person was always friendly.
Were not told that we had to use coins and that the washing machine and dryer was located in a shared laundry on the ground floor.
We set off the front door lock alarm accidentally, when we first arrived because instructions on using key pad and entry card were not clear enough. Luckily neighbour showed us how to use front door lock.
Instructions for door lock were initially in spanish.
Communication was not clear because his spanish translation to english was not clear, some words were missing.
For example no toaster, only available apon request to him and he could not tell me when it would be delivered lost in translation.
