Big room , big tv and Netflix.
Location, nothing much around. Metro complicated and far . 1 hours to reach the downtown by metro.
Check in at 8 pm .

We appreciated the free, secure parking. I liked the available snacks for purchase in the lobby and the free bottled water and loaner umbrellas which were so helpful while touring in the summer months. Our room was comfortable and clean. Having clean towels and sheets changed was an included option. The staff was very friendly and helpful, using a translator app when we couldn't understand each other. It felt very safe walking around at any hour. We enjoyed the "The Bean Market" a few doors down for delicious coffee and freshly made pastries ( some savory, some sweet) nearly every morning. Good Will is just across the street for nice, reasonable second hand fashion, etc. Post Office 2 blocks away. Subway is about a 15min walk.
Upon returning each day, we would see small roaches in our second room. They were mostly in the bathroom. Once one was found scurrying away as we pulled back the sheet on my daughter's bed. I didn't bother complaining as I figured this is typical with an older building and the heat. The building was clean, and garbage left outside each room was collected daily. Maybe they could have sprayed something for the duration of our stay, but I honestly preferred the roaches to toxic chemicals. There were personal AC units which turned off when you took your key card out of the light switch/card holder. So the room was a little warm upon return each day. But they cooled the room down within an hour once they were turned on.

Large room , Large bathroom . Rooms were generally quiet.
Bus stop on doorstep and short walk to train line
Changed the check in time from 8pm (ridiculous) to earlier.
Upgrade of one room due to slow response for questions
Decent food/ drink options in lobby.
The heavy waterproof sheet made for an uncomfortable sleep.
It’s a love hotel - so may be unsuitable for young families.
