Location is near Sunway Lagoon by car and if you are too lazy to drive, the train station is just a walk away.
You have plenty of eateries within the condo and the condo next to it plus a 24hrs convenience store with prices cheaper than most.
Unit is exactly as described in the pictures and most importantly, super clean. Well equipped and decorated.
And of course, the host, Shirley was accommodating and responsive. My early check in request was accommodated. Thorough and clear instructions were provided as well.
My son left his watch after check out and she was quick to inform me and agreed to have it mailed back to Singapore. Excellent host and unit.
Maybe just the parking which has nothing to do with the unit. Be mindful that it is just a tad narrow and dusty.

The house was very well maintained, with excellent hygiene and housekeeping standards. It had a warm, homely atmosphere that made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The ironing board and iron were a thoughtful bonus and very convenient. Overall, it was a cosy, clean, and hygienic place to stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

The unit looked exactly as the photos shown in the booking app. We were very pleased with the condition. cleanliness and tasteful appointments. Food and convenient store is located nearby. We didn't use the other facilities so we cannot comment about it.
The apartment building is very run down to the extent that we were very worried our accommodations would be terrible.
Wine glasses would have been nice to have.
