Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing time staying here.

The access card for the lift has problems. It is such a hassle for us to keep finding the security guards to send us up. That was the major issue. I had the elderly with me.

Refund still in progress, it takes 7–12 days to be processed.

The only positive aspect was that the refund was processed without further issues.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay and the way the situation was handled. Firstly, the access card was not working due to outstanding maintenance fees, which is clearly an issue between the property owner/management and should never have affected paying guests. We had already paid for our stay in full, yet we were unable to access the property properly. Instead of providing an immediate solution or alternative access, we were eventually told to leave the property. This was completely unacceptable and caused us unnecessary stress and inconvenience. On top of that, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable. The agent was also extremely unhelpful throughout the situation. There was no sense of urgency, no proper assistance, and no reasonable solution offered despite the multiple issues we faced. As paying guests, we expected the property to be fully accessible and all basic facilities to be in working condition for the entire duration of our booking. Internal issues such as unpaid maintenance fees should have been resolved before accepting guests. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Being left without proper access, dealing with a faulty air conditioner, receiving little assistance from the agent, and ultimately being asked to leave despite having a valid paid booking is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property based on my experience, and I hope appropriate action is taken to prevent other guests from facing the same situation.

Dont stay here.

Nothing.

The pictures they have used do not match this disgusting apartment. The curtains are all stained like someone has urinated all over them, the walls are all bubbling where the aircon units are located, as they leak down the walls. The couch has heaps of stains, we found used condom wrappers in the bed side table. The water filter looks like its 10years. The toilet seat is all yellow an staind all over the seats. Rangehood and cooker is not hooked up, legit just for show. The shower leaks water all over bathroom floor (shower not sealed). Do not stay in this place. False advertising, absolutely disgusting and not worth the frustration.

The location is very nice. Food and other amenities are nearby.

TV was wobbling. One of the room bed was bent. Eventhough the swimming pool was good but still some tissue papers are dissolved in the water and it is not clean. Hope the host can fix those so that it will be the best for the future stays.
