The apartment is perfect if you are visiting LSU for a game or the university. All the different sporting locations are within a short walk. If you love breakfast. Louie's Cafe, a historic cafe since 1941, is a short half mile walk up the street. The apartment was clean and perfect size for a long weekend stay. Tom and James are excellent host and easy to stay in touch with anything you need. We were able to check in by 11am with a simple text request. We would definitely stay again if we visit Baton Rouge again.

The location was convenient to what we were there for. It would be awesome for anyone attending something at LSU as it is walking distance to the campus and stadium.
It was lacking amenities. There weren't enough wash cloths and no hand towels. Also, I guess I've been spoiled by other places which had things like toothpaste, deodorant, etc in case you forgot something. The pool, which is salt water, was a little sketchy. However, someone who lived there said it had just been shocked and should be ready for use the next day.

It was a nice apartment complex, gated all around with a code for privacy of all the occupants in the complex. Neighbors were very friendly and was a quiet area despite being right next to LSU.
We had a nice stay, there wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.
