Comfortable room with a strong location, access to both rail and bus stations as well as a moderate walk into the city centre.
I would make it explicitly clear that some rooms contain a shared bathroom.

Clean and beautifully maintained property. Very impressive. Very comfortable. Great information provided by Lucas prior to the stay. Great coffee!
The walk from the city centre was a little further than expected, though I now know there are regular buses. An en suite would be ideal. Overall, no serious negatives.

My son and I stayed here for 1 night, and it was a very pleasant experience. The decor and quality of the furnishings were good, the house was quiet, and the location was good with an easy walk into town, given the tricky parking in the centre of Cork.
We loved the coffee roasters just a minute down the road for the morning kick-start!
We felt that the cost was a bit high which was disappointing, but I think this is the general case with Cork City.
We risked parking on the main street to begin with, as we had no parking permits, but we were advised that generally the authorities don't check.

It was clean and mostly quiet
It said parking and the parking is street parking that you are supposed to have a permit for but also very difficult to get a free space. We were in one of the upstairs rooms and it was way too hot with no fan or anything. We only booked here for parking and that was extremely difficult
