Gorgeous great location and the hosts are lovely

The apartment was fantastic. It was cool staying in the older house with the high ceilings. We only stayed there overnight and got in late around 8pm or later and left early-ish in the morning. The location was cool. There was a bagel shop across the street which was nice. We did not eat at the pizza place but i think it was only two doors down. In the midwest i feel you have to pretty much drive to most locations and being able to walk across the street was much appreciated. The apartment did not have a microwave but did have the stove and many cooking supplies available which we did not use. If we had more than one night, i think the living room would have been cool. The bar set was a nice touch. If i remember there was a book about the history of the house. The main was bed was big enough to accomodate my wife and I and our 10 year old who gets frightened in new places.
The key box was different than used to. The claw tub was nice but again not used to having one and the step down was kinda far. If it downpours the parking spot may flood but there was a massive amount of rain prior to our arrival, the water did drain by the next morning.

Beautiful setting with very comfortable beds, and good quality sheets and towels. I loved all the architectural details and thoughtful touches everywhere. The location was convenient and night time noise was not bad at all. And I'm a light sleeper! Would definitely recommend.
A shelf in the bathroom would help to add a place to put toiletries.

Location was perfect for our needs, private parking spot was nice, house was beautiful, beds were extra firm as we like and decorated nicely. Sofa and chairs in living were comfy! Gorgeous home would rent again.
Older house so the heating knocked all night, I was fine sleeping but my partner was not...other then that amazing rental!
