The property was lovely and really clean and tidy. It was perfect for what we needed. Could have easily stayed there longer. The host was super helpful and accommodating from the day I booked it until we left. Thank you so much!

Good location, nice layout of the house, comfortable and clean beds.
Not clear that we wouldn’t have access to the garden if we only booked 3 bedrooms (we were very looking forward to having a nice coffee in the garden in the morning only to find out we wouldn’t have access to that. Also, Nespresso coffee machine in the photos but no coffee pods. Instant coffee in a pot instead)
Not very well maintained, cleanliness questionable (toothpaste and dust on the bathroom radiator)
A little more attention to detail would be good.

Staying near family and friends so was convenient location. Dogs allowed. The management team were quick to solve a few issues we experienced. The house is nice from the outside with modern decor inside. The garden is private. Nice clean bedsheets. Bathrooms clean and rest of house relatively clean throughout. Off street parking.
The kitchen needs an overhaul as a cupboard door fell off and this was also mentioned in a previous review so unless it wasn’t same door it would suggest some attention is required. The kitchen utensils/crockery is seriously lacking, which meant is was hard to cook there without items such as a cheese grater as an example. Pots and pans very worn which questioned their safety. Walls very scruffy. Strip of trim on stairs to tv room was loose causing a trip hazard. Uncomfortable mattresses, causing a bad back, but this could be personal preference. One small wardrobe in a 5 bedroom house so hanging space was a problem. The step out to garden was very high, not sure up to building regulations. Garden furniture cushions covered in mildew so not nice to sit on. Old dog poo left in garden. No coffee pods left despite email on day saying they are there and included. No freeview TV set up, management team tried to help but it proved impossible. You’ll need accounts for iPlayer etc, but if like us you don’t have these (we live in Spain and don’t require these) then you have no hope! Overall, a challenging stay, we left a day early as luckily were able to get into our next place earlier.
