MOUNTAINS: While our cabins are professionally treated by licensed pest control regularly, just remember you are staying in the woods and in untamed mountains. Like any other cabin, during your stay, you might encounter lady bugs, little critters so keeping doors and windows always closed will be of great help.
FIRES: Absolutely no fires inside. unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $ 250 plus damages. Please note Outdoor propane fire pit is allowed.
INDOOR POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning happens after every guest leaving the cabin.

House is totally beautiful and very well maintained. The pictures don’t do justice to the sweeping Mountain views out back. Truly breathtaking. There was a water main line break in the area during our stay which meant we had to relocate our group to another house. The host was extremely responsive and went out of their way to be very helpful and process a refund swiftly, even when corporate VRBO was slow to respond and overall not very helpful. Grateful these folks were our hosts during an outage of that scale.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin and would absolutely return. The views from the property are truly breathtaking. Mornings on the deck were heavenly because the area stayed shaded until around 11 or noon, making it the perfect place to relax with coffee and enjoy the peaceful mountain scenery. Evenings were also shaded and lovely.The location is ideal because you avoid most of the heavy traffic coming into the Pigeon Forge area, while still being conveniently close to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Douglas Lake, restaurants, and attractions.The cabin itself was spotless, spacious, and very well stocked for a large family gathering. Everyone had plenty of room and privacy, and the multiple bathrooms made things easy for our group. The beds were comfortable, and the overall layout worked perfectly for spending time together while still having space to relax.The cabin was beautifully decorated and had a modern mountain vibe that made it feel both cozy and upscale. The indoor pool, arcade games, theater room, hot tub and cornhole kept everyone entertained throughout the trip. There was always something to do, whether relaxing at the cabin or exploring the surrounding area.The host provided excellent communication, responding quickly and efficiently to any questions or concerns throughout our stay. Overall, this was one of our favorite cabin stays in the Smokies, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful mountain getaway for a large group or family vacation.

Overall the stay was great. The house, the view, we loved the hot tub and indoor pool. Lots of space for our group of 19 including 5 that were 3 and under. Plenty of towels and linens. All kitchen utensils and cookware we needed. We had 5 vehicles that fit perfectly. 30 min drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but the view made it worth the drive. We even got a fireworks show .
