The loft welcomes you with a breathtaking view of the Gastein mountains. It’s a beautiful space, situated in an unobstructed location with an unobstructed view and tastefully furnished. A spacious and cozy seating area, a small desk for writing vacation postcards, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker with a built-in grinder, and a Nespresso capsule machine. Two separate bedrooms: one designed entirely in wood, reminiscent of a cozy cave, and the second, all in bright white, with a view from the bed of the mountains and the village’s romantic sea of lights. With this view of nature, falling asleep and waking up in the morning is easy and a joy.
For a fragrant cup of coffee in the morning, there’s a drip coffee maker with a built-in grinder as well as a Nespresso capsule coffee machine.

The house is in an excellent location, nestled in the Gastein mountains yet very centrally situated. You can leave your car behind and reach the town center and the Gastein Wellness Alpentherme in just a few minutes on foot. Right behind the house, one of the valley’s most beautiful hiking trails begins. The narrow, wild and romantic path leads to the popular Annenkaffee and the Annakapelle. Those who enjoy hiking can continue further up to the Rastötzenalm (1,740 m) and perhaps even to the Gamskarkogel (2,463 m) on a hike lasting several hours.
The architect-designed rooms exude a personal touch, featuring hand-painted artwork, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, and the adjacent large dining table for convivial evenings, even with larger groups. By the large, open fireplace in the center of the room, the fire blazes and
glows, creating a cozy atmosphere that lets you end the day peacefully—with a charm that’s a world apart from typical guest rooms. We offer a reserved parking space just a few meters from the house, as well as additional parking spaces a short distance away. The free city bus, just a few meters away, takes you directly to the ski lift.
We offer an apartment with a terrace and an open fireplace for 8 to 10 people.
We also offer a loft with 2 separate bedrooms for 4 people and a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view and private access. Both apartments can also be rented together to accommodate a total of 14 people.
