Important: Short-term rentals (less than one month) are not allowed in the entire complex. Therefore, the minimum stay is 28 days.



Comfortable apartment for 4 guests in a fantastic residential area by the sea, just a short walk from the beach. The apartment offers 78 square meters of living space plus a 32-square-meter terrace, 70% of which is covered. The terrace features awnings for shade on hot days and boasts views of the sea and the Torrox lighthouse.



There are two bedrooms: one with a 1.60 m x 2.00 m double bed, and the other with two single beds. One bathroom has a shower, the other a bathtub. The living room includes a 48" TV with digital channels and main German channels via satellite. The apartment has its own high-speed Wi-Fi (600 MB), ideal for video calls. A desk in the living room is available for remote work.



The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, toaster, ceramic hob, oven, capsule coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, washing machine, and iron. Central air conditioning (hot/cold) is available in the living room and bedrooms.



The complex features communal gardens and two pools, each with a children’s pool, open from 15/06 to 15/09. There is direct access to the beach from the complex.



Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 10:00 throughout the complex. Parties and pets are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the terrace. Entrances to the complex, buildings, and garages are monitored by CCTV. The apartment is equipped with an alarm system that can be deactivated. Cameras can be covered.
