The apartment is very spacious and well located.
We were only told that one bathroom would be unavailable just after we had paid the final installment and although we agreed we would not need that room or the bedroom to sleep in, as we were only a party of 4, we found both the bedroom and bathroom locked off. If you are counting on getting full use of the space you have paid for, it might be best to check in advance if the bathroom repairs have been completed. Also, a coffee machine was provided but with no starter pack of coffee or tea, and we couldn't locate the correct pods in the nearbye minimarts, so that was frustrating.

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sauber und ist sehr geschmackvoll mit liebevoll hergerichteten Holzmöbeln ausgestattet.
Dank der zentralen Lage ist man in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand, in Restaurants, den kleinen Gassen und Geschäften oder am Aufzug in den höher gelegenen Stadtteil.
Das Apartment liegt im 3. Stock und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Mit viel Gepäck kann das schwierig sein.
Wir waren von Freitag bis Montag da und mussten Freitag- und Samstagnacht der zentralen Lage Tribut zollen, da von ca. 22.30 bis 3 Uhr morgens mit lauter Partymusik gefeiert wurde.

Schöne grosse Wohnung, gleich im Zentrum.
Unglaublich laut am Abend, da die Bars bis mitten in der Nacht offen hatten. Der „gratis“-Parplatz war immer besetzt. Wir mussten auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz ausweichen - das gab eine 30€ Busse. In einer solchen Wohnung hätte ich noch etwas Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine erwartet oder etwas mehr Toilettenpapier. Mussten für 2 Nächte schon am ersten Abend einkaufen gehen.
