La locación y para quedarse un par de días está bien. Todo lo que se necesitaron mis papás.

El sofá jajaja creo que hace falta cambiarlo. Me senté y casi me entierro una de las estructuras del sofá.

Sucio el departamento horrible, sanitariamente horrible

La higiene puede pasar días sucios, hasta ropa interior usada de otra persona en la cómoda de la cama

Un apto con posibilidades mal aprovechadas

Magnífica ubicación central. Edificio con cómodos accesos. La cama y el.baño cómodos y limpios. La excepción es la zona de cocina: estàn sucios el escurridor de platos, el tostador, el herbidor, el cajón de los cubiertos...

La zona de cocina: descuidada y sucia. El balcón con polvo acumulado y sin barrer el suelo.

Pésimo higiene

La ubicación del edificio.

Al llegar al departamento me siento muy grata a primera vista, sin embargo, cuando voy al baño veo que el WC no estaba limpio, incluso con manchas de pis (evidenciando que alguien lo había usado y que nadie lo limpió después). El espejo estaba sucio al igual que el lavamanos, al cual se le notaba que nunca le habían pasado un paño para quitar el polvo. La cama principal tenía un sólo detalle y es que las almohadas tenían olor a perfume de hombre, por lo que dudo mucho que hayan lavado bien y, además, la toalla de cuerpo con olor a humedad. Respecto a la cocina, se notaba que no habían pasado un paño ya que habían migas en el mesón y los cajones de utensilios estaban asquerosos. Cuando le escribo a la anfitriona para comentarle el estado en el que recibí el departamento (adjuntándoles fotos y videos), tuvo una respuesta súper rápida y comprensible que agradecí. Sin embargo, para ella la mejor solución fue que me buscara otro lugar para alojar (venía llegando del trabajo y ya eran pasadas las 18:00 hrs) y termina diciéndome que irá a ver el departamento para ver "si está tan mal como yo digo" siendo que le había adjuntado todo el material bien detallado. Fue una pésima experiencia debido a la higiene, las excusas y la respuesta final. No soy de Concepción y a las 19:00 hrs tuve que salir a buscar un lugar.
