Beautiful heritage complex with very professional staff and a neat environment.
Restaurant was of good quality, enjoyed every dish.

Free shuttle from the airport would be a good gesture!
Only thing which stuck us was that the staff wasn’t so fluent in the local Punjabi language. Would be nice if they were multilingual.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful old-school charm and character. The building looks stunning from the outside, and the rooms were comfortable and nicely maintained. I especially loved having a balcony, which added to the overall experience. The food was also excellent- we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and everything we tried was delicious.
The staff could have been warmer and more welcoming, particularly in the restaurant. We had booked breakfast and dinner along with our stay. While breakfast was good, the dinner buffet had very limited options, which was a little disappointing. The restaurant was also quite quiet in the evenings, with very few guests, so it didn’t have the lively and welcoming atmosphere we were expecting. However, the food that was served was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed it.
