The Neighborhood:

Located in a mountain setting in Sevierville, TN, this cabin is approximately 10 miles from the middle of Pigeon Forge Parkway and approximately 12 miles from the middle of Gatlinburg Parkway!

Getting Around:

The roads leading to the cabin are paved. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any property in Sevierville and/or the mountains as well as this one due to the chance of inclement weather from time to time.

Other Things to Note:

• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin

• This cabin sleeps 2 guests maximum

• We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area

• Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October–March depending on the weather

• Coffee maker is a standard drip and Keurig — bring your own coffee

• Cabin has a charcoal grill — bring your own charcoal

• The cabin accommodates 1 vehicle maximum in the parking area

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Awesome stay, the property is clean, well stocked and has beautiful views. The cabin is quietly secluded but not too far from town. Hosts were accessible, check in/out process was seemless. Can't wait for my next stay!

Our was very welcoming. I left him a quick note in regards to the recliner needing some TLC. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing time in the Smokies

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a little weekend getaway, it is peak season because it’s summer so everything is a bit higher for prices. This place was on the lower end with cost however, I still expect to get everything I was promised and everything I payed for. For starters the parking situation for this cabin is not great at all. They advertise it as “parking” It’s not parking. The road splits off to create a little spot for you to supposedly park but that spot is basically on the porch of the cabin and when you get out the car watch your step because you will be right next to the edge, had a hard time not falling when it was wet outside, only possible to park with a small vehicle and skill. And good luck when it’s dark! It also has a one way road leading up to the cabin . Additionally, in the cabin I was disappointed to find that the blinds next to the bed were broken, there were a few dead bugs laying around, and the shower head is terrible if you are below 6ft in height, my boyfriend was fine but it hit me in the face constantly since there was zero adjustment, it’s outdated. We ended up having to cover it with a plastic bag just so I could shower. At least the hot tub and view were nice because that definitely made the cost higher. The actual cabin definitely needs an upgrade. Last thing that bothered me was how strict this company is, no refunds, no late checkout, no offer of a discount for broken items, but lots of checkout rules, and threats of late fees.
