About this bed and breakfast
Unwind in this spacious, single-level 4BR/2BA Miami retreat for up to 8 guests. Sleep comfortably in 1 king and 3 queen beds, cook in the full kitchen, stream on fast Wi-Fi and enjoy central A/C. Your entire villa is private inside. The heated pool, patio, BBQ, ping-pong area and laundry are shared with guests of one neighboring villa on the property. Includes self check-in and 2 driveway parking spaces.
1. Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors are not allowed.
2. Loud music is not permitted at any time, in accordance with local Miami-Dade County noise regulations.
3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
4. Parties, events and gatherings are strictly prohibited on the property.
5. The pool and pool patio area are shared with guests staying in the other unit. Please be respectful of all guests using the shared space.
6. The covered patio area is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the back unit and is not available for use by guests of this unit.

Everything about the house was ideal for our family of five. The house was immaculately clean, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided. The only issue is that the house we rented is part of a double unit which was NOT made clear in the advertisement or obvious when we arrived at the house. The first night we were there a van pulled up in the driveway at 4 AM, and 3 men got out and walked around the driveway looking in both of our cars before disappearing around behind the house. I messaged the owner about this and saw that he read my message but there was never any response. The 2nd night the same van returned at midnight and the people again got out walked around and looked inside all of our cars and then went into the backyard and proceeded to swim in the pool right outside one of our bedrooms.
