Hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating, room was good but need upgrading ,very easy access to shopping and walking distance to malls and Uber
The floor could use proper cleaning and the smell in the elevator and outside the reception don't smell nice

The room was very clean
Unfortunately there were no extra towels available In the hotel we were told it was because they had just come off a weekend of a festival. It is hard to believe there were no more towels! They did finally find 2 for us.
Secondly the pancake machine was broken. This limited some of the choices we had for breakfast
