Niets viel tegen deze keer. De vorige keer(week voor dit bezoek) hadden we een kamer waar de wifi verbinding slecht was. Deze keer hadden we een andere kamer dichtbij de lobby waar internet wel goed was.

El peor trato que me ha dado un hotel.

Tuve tan mala experiencia con el check in, a causa de Jonh que me trato horrible que no puedo decir algo que me haya gustado del hotel.

Sobre todo el recepcionista John. Hombre poco profesional que lo que busca es hacerte la vida imposible. Su preocupación es salir a fumar y tomar cafe y por supuesto ver como puede fastidiarte. PESIMO!!! jamas volveria a ese hotel.

Hotel correct, idéal pour une étape road trip.

Hotel très correct, assez calme. Personnel très serviable. Petit déjeuner compris bien fourni. A 30 minutes de Miami Beach en voiture.

My stay was a satisfactory one! 👍🏽

The breakfast was not exactly what I am accustomed to during my travel so I only came down for breakfast once.

I would have enjoyed, hash browns, omelette along with grits and fruit salad.

Stay was avarage but treatment upon checkout bad, we had to call 911!!

Variety in breakfast Wasmachine on 3rd floor for guests Ice maker and vending machine on 4th floor

The receptionists are bad, not honest and not customer friendly after you check out. They are latino and like money so they lie a lot! We upgraded the room upon arrival and we received a discount of 60$ on 22th of march. The supervisor who asssited with the check in, told us that when we checkout, we will receive our money back. Upon checkout on the 25th , the receptionist on duty did not even know who the supervisor was on the 22th and promised us the return of the discount of 60$. she knew nothing!! We asked for the schedule to be checked for the supervisor on duty on the 22th and the reply of the receptionist was: they threw it away!!!! It was a good thing we had proof of all documents, because they claim not to know or understand anything! when we asked for the manager, she did not even know who that was! we requested a phone number to call, but they did not had a number of the manager!.. we requested any contact and her reply was we don’t know. We called the police on 911 and they came to check the situation out and they helped us with a corporate number of the hotel, and after 911 was there, the receptionist kwew right away where the documents were! The police disclosed that they receive a lot of these similar complaints, but cannot do much due to the fact that this is a public issue. For us as a familiy, we did not like this dishonesty and suggest when you visit this hotel, try to have somebody in the family group who speaks spanish, because it seems this hotels is like latin america. They do not understand proper English! Furthermore, ALWAYS TAKE THE NAME OF THE RECPTIONIST HANDLING YOUR CHECK IN, AN EMAIL ADRES AND A MOBILE NUMBER!! Pay cash much as possible!! When these Latinos want to squeeze out your money- they will lie an do that!!

Great stay!

Nice, big room for a couple. Quiet! Very clean, however the tub didn’t work properly and it looked old.

Olor a humedad, no limpian la habitación. Mala atención en desayuno

No limpiaban la habitación.. Alfombras sucias y con olor a humedad No funciono el televisor hasta el tercer día de reclamo Una de las jóvenes de recepción muy mal educada, igual que la encargada del desayuno. Mucha gente para desayunar en solo 2hs. Cuando logras sentarte te retiran las cosas y contestan mal si pedis algo Faltaba café y te durante el dia, cuando lo ofrecen como servicio. Había estado el año pasado y todo fue perfecto. Pero muy distinto esta vez. Una pena No lo recomiendo.

Ubicación. Reciben envios. Los 2 empleados varones y la chica de la tarde noche

Las alfombras sucias y con olor. El sofá cama roto y muy sucio. El mal trato en el desayuno y falta de lugar con el poco tiempo que te dan. No reponen para que la gente se levante y contestan muy mal cuando se les pide . La empleada de recepción de la mañana tiene mal trato. No lo recomiendo. Hay mejores en la zona.

An awful experience.

The location was convenient

The hotel receptionist was always absent. Even when a woman fainted the didn’t even care to ask if there is a doctor. No one informed us that we needed to ask the cleaning service 1 day ahead. They charged us twice and we still try to resolve this issue The rooms need renovation immediately. Although we booked a room that was indicated as 4 persons capacity the beds were very small (almost single size)

Personne à la réception à notre arrivée. Attente de 15min avant le check in. Arrivée dans la chambre 1 seul lit était fait, et encore il n’y avait pas de couverture. Chambre sale et tres vieille. Pour le 2eme lit il n'y avait meme pas les draps. J’ai du récupérer les draps et couvertures manquantes à la réception. Là encore 20min d’attente avant que le réceptionniste n’apparaisse. Évidemment nous avons du faire nous même les lits, sympa après une 10aine d’heures de vol.

Pelo valor, não tem como esperar muito.

A cama é bem confortável, banheiro com banheira e água bem quente, quarto muito amplo e espaçoso.

A limpeza do quarto deixou bem a desejar e o café da manhã não tinha muitas opções.

Sauberkeit kennt man hier nicht

Lage ist gut. Nach Beschwerde über Zimmer großer Preisnachlass.

Vollkommen schmutziges, abgeranztes Zimmer. Teppich uralt mit undefinierbaren Flecken überall. Zahlreiche Haare im Bad und Schmutz auf dem Teppich. Muffiger Geruch im Zimmer. Sehr hellhörig.

Practical and good location

The size of the room, location, the free breakfast, comfortable bed, toiletries in the bathroom, double curtains in the room,quiet room, and having a small gym. Also liked having a microwave, mini fridge and small sink in the room.

Stains in the hotel room carpet, lack of A/C in the gym room, hotel rooms look dated.The TV channels were just partially working.

The location was great, staff super, room clean and I ate the breakfast

Location was great. Room had adequate beds, towels. It was clean, air condition was working properly. The breakfast was good to a point.

After 5 days with the same breakfast, even though it was good, there could be a little difference. We were told that on weekend the breakfast would be from 7a.m. to 10a.m. but when we got there at 9.15a.m. there was no chocolate. When we enquired about it were told it was finished. I think they must know how many people to cater for.

Moldy, Mildew ewwwwww

The staff and front desk employees were all VERY friendly. FREE parking at this hotel.

The King suite was moldy and all surfaces damp with mildew. We had to stop at a laundromat to wash all our clothes before packing them. We were there 5 days, no housekeeping, no clean towels. DID I MENTION THE MOLD? if you have allergies avoid this place. The staff was friendly offered to send up towels, etc.. never did. NO coffe maker in the room.
