The hotel was very beautiful, as well as the room. Staff at the front desk very good and one of the housekeeper on the sixth floor was very helpful when I asked for a couple extra towels. I'm sorry I didn't have the time to use the pool, but looking out the window from above it looked very clean. Florida thunderstorms d9h't revolve around you schedule. I would give the hotel an A+++ rating.

Location was great (we needed to be near Baptist Hospital) and the hotel was clean and nice
The food was hit or miss in the restaurant. Some things were great and others just so-so.

I liked that the hot tub was actually hot, and the room was very quiet which was a plus. The staff were very helpful!
The hot tub wasn’t really cleaned all too well unfortunately and most of the bubbles/jets weren’t working. The full body mirror in the bedroom was on a closet door that wouldn’t remain open. There was no microwave. My nightstand light wouldn’t turn on whatsoever which was annoying because I wanted to read my book without the overhead light. Also the water pressure in the bathroom was insanely strong and not adjustable whatsoever. The parking situation wasn’t working but the front desk worker helped me leave day of departure thankfully.
