The apartment was bright, spacious, and well located near shopping and metro line access. The staff was friendly, efficient, and prompt.

The full sized balcony boasted a beautiful view of Miami however, there was an unattractive and putried substance covering about half of the floor surface. I never felt comfortable stepping out on the balcony. Staff was made aware but said nothing could be done. Another issue was the condition of the provided cookware...handles on all the pots and pans were dangerously loose. Again nothing could be done.

Our mattress topper was not clean. We bleached it and the sheets ourselves to clean them. Overall it was an okay place to stay and very quiet.
