I was greeted at the desk by Antonio, very friendly polite. Gave me good info on eatery in the area. Room was decent, there were some towels with someone else's hair on them, i told house keeping they changed them out for me, other than that for a two day stay it was great.

We were so impressed with the staff from the moment we walked into the lobby till we departed. Helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. Many upgrades. Second time there and would definitely go back again

Overall a nice hotel. Updated decor within the past couple of years. We didn’t have time to use the pool or hot tub, but it looked as tho it was kept up and we saw others enjoying it. Breakfast was typical waffles, cereal, muffins and an egg dish. The room had a king bed, 2seat couch w/ a little table stand, mini fridge that is ICE COLD, smart TV, small closet. The bathroom was small but clean. The one down fall would be the beds. Our king size bed was as hard as the floor. We were there for 3 nights so we requested extra pillows and slept on them. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Overall Good stay! The 3rd Floor was well lit compared to some reviews the hallway was dim. My room smelled like bleach and hoagies. Maybe the previous guest ate a lot of hoagies. There were some dark stains on the bathroom floor I would say housekeepers skipped mopping. You have to request to have your room cleaned. There is no shuttle service at this location. HDMI wasn’t connected to the Tv upon arrival and was handled immediately. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good. Another guest had a dog at the pool without a leash. I didn’t see the dog take a swim. When I walked by the gate he ran towards me. It was still a deterrent for me while considering if I wanted to go the pool. The pet owners were already in the hot tub.

Located near dadeland Mall it is convenient and the cost is reasonable but the carpet and furnishings and walls are very worn. There is not enough parking places for the number of guests. The parking area in front of the hotel has lots of trees so expect to find your car covered in leaves, pollen and bird poo. The pros of the hotel is the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable and the linens were new and soft and bright white. The breakfast was make your own waffles, orange and apple juice, toast and a few assortments of box cereal.

I didnt know that dogs were allowed in this hotel. My room was next to a room with a dog that barked a lot, specially at 12:30 am, waking me up. They should not put people without dogs in the same floor with people with dogs. The bed was badly made, the sheet did not fit in the mattress. Breakfast is included, it is very basic but I am glad i had something to eat. I was the cheapest hotel around. i guess i paid for whats is worth.

The rooms did not look the cleanest, there were stains in a lot of places. The room also smelled awful, like moldy or moist, had to switch rooms and then it still smelled the same so nothing changed. The seats in the waiting area looks so worn and torn, it just made the place feel crusty. Staff was ok, overall probably wouldn’t intentionally stay here again.

Customer service was amazing and all the worked there were hard workers and so nice. The breakfast was also amazing! Our room was not very comfortable only because we were given a handicapped room as nothing else was available.
