Excellent stay for a couple bringing a boat. It is a small home, but we spent our days on the water anyway and it was planty big for us to sleep and prepare easy meals. We left our boat at the floating dock by the house during our stay and didn't have to keep pulling it in and out at the ramp. Easy access to a public boat ramp. Do research on the tides before you go if you plan on boating and fishing. Georgia has HUGE tide swings and very strong pulling tides which we were not aware of coming from out of state. There is a large outdoor sink to clean your catch. Excellent view of the sunset. We also brought our dog. There were 4 neighborhood dogs that came to visit during our stay which didn't bother us as dog people. One of them was unfriendly toward our dog, but it was minor. Our dog is very friendly with other dogs and people. Just something to consider though if you plan to bring a dog that is more territorial.

Everything was perfect. Cookie was available 24/7 and Michelle was so nice during her visit and the gift was wonderful. We enjoyed them the last morning. I would recommend this little piece of heaven 110% over any other tiny home anywhere on the water. We will be returning with grandkids soon and plan to stay in the bigger home a few homes down. I ensure you that it is truly a paradise on the water. One more piece of mind is that the families around are so nice and respectable that you can go out or to sleep and have no worries of locking your doors.
