The property is really all set up. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen have everything you need. It has a split system for when it gets too hot or cold. Lovely staff who check that your enjoying your stay. And a fantastic location. The curtains are thick and block much of the early light. The location is very convenient to all the places you’d want to go in Ghent centre.
These things didn’t worry me too much, but they are good to know. There is a steepish flight of stairs up to the room. Across the canal from the apartment is a popular restaurant bar that is open late, and quite noisy. So you can’t leave the windows open at night - it’s too noisy. The canal tour boat come past in the morning and can be noisy too. After the first night I used earplugs, which help a lot.

Super mooi appartement met mooie badkamer, prima bedden en airco. Mooie locatie in het centrum. Op loop afstand van vele restaurants en terrassen. Niets op aan te merken.
Wij sliepen er zaterdag nacht en hoorden wel redelijk wat lawaai van buiten tot 2.00 uur s'nachts.
