The house is in an amazing location, 200m from the beach. The town is also quite sleepy and very cute. The house is quite big with a nice terrace.
It is an old family Spanish home, but the owners need to put some effort into making it suitable for paying guests. The kitchen in particular needs a big clean out and some more modern implements. The cupboards are full of grimy old things. The dishwasher smelled too awful to use even after we put it through two hot washes. Very stiff gate, hard to open.
One of the beds was broken. When they came by to replace it, the storage shed was so mouldy they couldn’t replace it so we had to sleep on a broken bed. We had a couple of cockroaches in the house and the floors were very dirty when we arrived. It has the potential to be a great house but needs some improvements from the owners and a deep spring clean and clear out to be a good place for rental tenants, especially at the advertised price.
