Quite nice location 20 mins from Bude . Loved watching birds .
Very dated lots of cobwebs , had a mice 🐁 problem , made the little ones quite on edge as they were running around living area wouldn’t go to sleep because of it .

Little home from home. Staying with 2 kids and our doggo, having a washing machine was saving grace. Also lovely beach only 5mins away by a car.
Bed in master bedroom was quite squeaky every time you moved. I am a bit of a light sleeper so it could get a bit irritating. But otherwise everything was great.

Such a peaceful area but still only 20 minutes away from various lovely sites to visit.
The place itself was spotless, comfy beds, beautiful view. The bird feeder was such a bonus, so relaxing to watch the birds!
Didn't have food at the pub next door but it was so welcoming and a stunning building/beer garden. Couldn't wish for a better pub right on your doorstep!
All in all, we had a lovely week and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Erm, the water pressure. Made doing the dishes and having a shower a slow process but hardly the end of the world.

The accommodation was self-catering. Location was isolations and expensive to get to without personal transport. Had the level of isolation made clear I wouldn't have selected this location . Information was inaccurate , the lack of basic community shop or amenities made my holiday difficult to access any amenities . No public transport, taxis were expensive and Internet was problematic. Found the bathroom problematic for someone with mobility issues. It was cramp. Furniture lack support and to low forsomeone with mobility issues. Mattress was dead . Better Information wouldhave informed me of the inapproiateness of the location.
Lack of basic home comforts for some one with mobility issues.
Poor quality cooking pans and the coin meter was not appreciated. Infor about the location etc should reflect its inaccessibility and high cost of transport if one doesn't have a vehicle. A vehicle is absolutely essential and access to local shops.
