Departamento antiguo muy amplio, en primer piso por escalera, tomas de corriente numerosas, mobiliario y equipamiento impecable, varios ambientes, 1 dormitorio cómodo a la calle baño completo y un dormitorio pequeño con baño en suite, 2 livings y cocina completa, TV, internet, cava de vinos, lavarropas, etc

Algo ruidoso en la noche por sonidos de la calle, el estacionamiento enfrente, teatro histórico, muy frecuentado y un bar con música, problema común para ese vecindario.

Large and perfectly located apartment. Lots of space. 2 sitting rooms was a bonus although seating in the area with the TV wasn't particularly comfortable. Kitchen useful but basic. Overall, a big apartment in a great location and good value.

We visited in June when weather was cold. Apartment is big with high ceilings so it was a challenge to get the temperature to a 'cosy' level (we did not leave the heating on when we went out). Apartment on first floor with no lift. Fine for us but thought I'd mention it for others.
