Spotlessly clean. Very pretty house, quiet and bed was very comfortable. Lots of choice of beverages included and room was tastefully decorated

Great location, quiet and safe residential neighbourhood. Clean, comfortable room with large and very comfortable bed. Had a excellent Sunday roast in the pub and a very nice guest ale from a small Essex brewery.
Staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful.
All good.

The location, decor and cleanliness!
Being a few flights up a bit tricky with a large suitcase, but otherwise a great boutique hotel.

The location is close to the event we were attending.
Compared to our stay last year, the room was a lot smaller although we paid quite a bit more. The mattress was uncomfortable and noisy. We also didn't get any clean towels, water or coffee which again I thought we got the previous year.
