The hotel is good value for money in Bengaluru South area as it's located within a km from Konankunte metro station and has a bus stop just about 300 mts. This hotel is on Vasanthapura road and is about 1km from Prestige Forum mall. Most importantly the reception folks were courteous and knew how to deal with clients by communicating in multiple regional languages apart from English.
The hotel doesn't have any close by eateries of quality. The nearest quality food place is inside Forum mall and few others on the Kanakapura Main Road where metro plys. Also the hotel needs to upgrade it's fitting and fixtures with regards to electrical points (light, fan switch box etc). Key card to the door that I stayed in took some time to getting used to before opening it easily after inserting. This could be an issue for old people or anyone coming in late and there's no support staff around

Good location. Very helpful staff. Conveniently located close to eateries, shops, etc... Tucked away off the main road for a quiet and peaceful environment
