I like the place is in the middle of Pattaya city which is good for first timer travel.
We experienced some confusion upon arrival because the host initially informed us to go to Tower A, and the message was later edited to Tower B. It would have been clearer if a new message was sent instead of editing the previous one, as we didn’t have time to re-check the chat while traveling.
The washing machine was also not functioning during our stay. Although the host kindly offered to wash our clothes for us, it would have been more convenient if the appliance was usable as listed.
Additionally, the room looked quite different from the photos on the website. The actual size and layout were noticeably smaller, which felt misleading. The toilet floor also seemed a bit dirty, which was unpleasant.
The door to the room was difficult to close and made a very loud “bam” sound each time, which was disruptive and inconvenient.
Overall, we paid around BND $300 for 4 days and 3 nights, and based on this, we expected better value, clearer communication, working facilities, cleaner rooms, and more accurate listing photos.
