The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with and the location was fantastic. Even though it's an apartment stay I was still able to drop my bags off at the hotel nearby for storage for a few hours before a scheduled train. Extra perks the train station was right there. The hosts were wonderful. The apartment immaculate. The furnishings beautiful. I didn't want to leave I was so comfortable.
The location is a little bit gritty, but it's near the train station and I did not feel unsafe. The lighting in the hallways outside the c-21 is dark at night.

・共有の冷蔵庫からボトルウォーターを無料でもらえる。(かなり助かりました!)
・クーラーの効きが良い。
・スマートチェックインとスマホを使った鍵の開錠は、便利かもしれませんが鍵の開錠は電波の問題か反応しなかったり、反応してもうまく開かなかったりしてストレスでした。

No breakfast was included in my deal.
The size of the room and the comfort of the bed; the location; the helpfulness of the off-site Hotel staff (thanks Golnaz!), who helped me understand the directions to register and pick up 'keys"--they are more uptodate and could be confusing for an old-fashioned person like me.
Clearer communication before the day of the visit on how to check in digitally; a map of the location of the auxiliary facilities before hand to prepare us. It's difficult to be outside the gate and then have to register to get the codes.
