Luxurious apartment in the center of Florence, just 5 minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and 10 minutes from the Duomo. 500m from the Opera of Florence, 700m from the Fortezza Da Basso and 750m from the Palazzo Dei Congressi. Elegant apartment fully furnished in neoclassical style, it will be the perfect starting point to visit Florence and offer you an unforgettable experience.
The area can be reached by car, as it is not in a limited traffic area (ZTL). There are several shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
Located on the first floor of a building with elegant entrance, the apartment consists of a large living room, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath, a spacious bedroom with a habitable balcony with a pleasant view.
The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with fine finishes, parquet and marble floors, the ceilings are enhanced by cornices and rosettes and in the living room the typical Florentine coffered wooden ceiling. All finishes and details of the apartment have been carefully chosen. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances: fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Air conditioning and free WIFI, also a washer dryer is available to guests.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people (2 on the sofa bed in the living room) but more suitable for a couple as it has a single bedroom.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Florence.The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The thoughtful amenities and attention to detail made it easy to settle in and focus on enjoying our time in Florence.The location was outstanding—convenient to the train station and within easy reach of the major sites, restaurants, and attractions we wanted to explore. It made navigating the city simple and stress-free.One feature we particularly appreciated was the excellent guidebook and informational materials provided by the hosts. The recommendations, directions, and local tips helped us make the most of our visit and gave us confidence as we explored the city.The hosts were equally impressive. We were personally met at the property upon arrival and were walked through all of the apartment’s features. That personal welcome was incredibly helpful and much appreciated after a long day of travel. Throughout our stay, communication was prompt, professional, and friendly. The hosts were easy to reach whenever needed and struck the perfect balance between being available and allowing us to enjoy our privacy.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, perfectly located, and managed by attentive hosts—it was the ideal base for our Florence vacation.

Perfect location and we felt the Tuscany flavor throught the beautiful appartment. Close to train station and the old city, we were able to walk during pour 10 days vacation. Thanks to Eloisa and Emmanuel.

The host was responsive to our questions and allowed us to check in early. The host was also understanding that we unfortunately did not have the city tax initially and allowed us to leave it at the time of check out. We were very appreciative of both of these kindnesses. The property location was perfect for our trip as we took 3 day trips utilizing the nearby train station. The apartment was beautiful and looked as depicted from the listing with gorgeous ceilings and woodwork. Disposable personal slippers were provided as well as a welcome basket of coffee, teas, water bottles and cookies. Another perk of the property was the washer/dryer. The only suggestion for improvement would be to consider provide thinner bedroom pillows as an option. Thank you so very much for everything. We loved our vacation.
