Big secure garden for dog and plenty of parking. Good big garden sofa.
Garden could still do with a make over. If your not worried about it looking pretty it’s fine. Only area that lets property down. No cushion for egg chair-shame. Mattresses are cheap ones.

Average cleanliness. We found a couple of dirty pans with food residue present so not washed up properly.
Cobwebs, which had obviously been there for sometime.
My friend found an old water bottle in her bed - bottom bunk, empty but crushed up, suggesting the bed hadn’t been stripped and cleaned. All the mattresses were stained and clearly coming toward the end of their lifespan. Very thin and uncomfortable.
Broken patio slabs in back garden causing a trip hazard.

Expensive for location - although close to beach - it is not walking distance for everyone.
