The view were great. The villa was immaculate and there was a perfect, proper pool with properly maintained filters and good water. The owners/agency responded to our requests always either during the same day or the next.
The balconies and the rooftoop were a bliss for drinking coffee in the morning or having dinner respectively. The place is really well maintained and has a lot to offer. We ended up loving it and we were really happy with the entire experience.
-Kids playground needs a renew - nothing serious but the age shows
-Consider installing a battery to the existing PV installation to compensate for the voltage drop (not talking about power outages) in the evenings. This is because of the big distance the line powering the house has to travel so in the evenings the lights flicker a bit - Nothing serious, mostly a price to pay for being on top of a hill, away from civilization :D
-Supplies were on the low side. A bit more soap, salt, pepper and oil would do the trick

Het uitzicht en het zwembad was fantastisch! En alles was net opgeknapt waardoor het er fris en modern uitzag, maar met een traditionele touch met antieke meubeltjes. Je kon zien dat het met veel liefde was samengesteld. Super leuk en persoonlijk i.p.v. alles zo hyper modern en standaard.
De drukke snelweg vlakbij het huisje die ivm de bergen resoneerde qua geluid. Jammer omdat het huisje verder zo mooi in de natuur ligt!

Bellissima! Piscina stupenda, nuovissima!
La posizione della villa è bellissima, panoramica e silenziosa, ubicata nella collinetta sopra la baia di Giardini Naxos, ideale per un soggiorno a contatto con la natura e nella totale privacy.
Abbiamo apprezzato anche il parcheggio gratuito all’interno del cortile privato, una grande comodità.
Molto bello il giardino e le piante, agrumi e ulivi (ci sono anche giochi per bambini) e le varie terrazze della villa a nostra disposizione per prendere il sole o pranzare /cenare all’esterno.
Pulizia impeccabile, lo staff gentilissimi, ti fanno sentire a casa.
Torneremo prestissimo

Villa entièrement rénovée et très spacieuse.
Très bon canapé et piscine très bien située avec vue vallon + mer.
Vue sur Castellemola et « un peu » Taormina. A 50 mètres vue sur l’Etna (et même un peu depuis la fenêtre à l’arrière.
Grande télé dans la chambre.
Climatisation très bonne.
Rampe d’accès dans l’escalier avec fauteuil pour l’accès au 1er étage pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
Pas vraiment des insatisfactions mais 2 choses « à savoir »:
Le chemin d’accès non goudronné (c’est le prix de la tranquillité à Giardini qui est une station balnéaire). Rien de rédhibitoire si vous n’avez pas d’appréhension à conduire sur un chemin de terre. ( le propriétaire m’a dit que c’était une priorité d’amélioration).
La maison n’est pas « entièrement » pour vous puisque les propriétaires y passent un peu ( super charmants au demeurant et parlant français)
