Szkoda, że te przykre doświadczenia całkowicie zniszczyły radość z pobytu w tym apartamencie.
Obiekt z bardzo ładnym tarasem z którego rozpościera się piękny widok na jezioro, ale nerwy jakie fundują zanim się tym widokiem człowiek zachwyci - w dużym stopniu tą ogólną radość odbierają.
W ocenie obiektu mam pewien kłopot, ponieważ na nią składa się wiele czynników, Coś co mi się zdecydowanie nie podobało to kontakt z adminem obiektu. Wynajmując obiekt w POLSCE oczekiwałem, że w przypadku jakichkolwiek pytań, problemów, czy wątpliwości będę mógł zadzwonić i porozmawiać w języku POLSKI a nie duńskim, czy angielskim - a tak jest w przypadku tego obiektu. Na stronie bookingu podany jest telefon DUŃSKI, gdzie odzywa się jakaś infolinia i nikt nie rozmawia po polsku.
OK, żyjemy w UE i dużo młodych osób nie ma z tym problemu, ale ja mam i oczekiwałbym, że zostanę o czymś takim uprzedzony.
Możesz do nas zadzwonić, ale nie rozmawiamy po polsku. Nie miałem wyjścia więc "wynająłem" tłumacza, ponieważ w dniu wyjazdu, poza automatycznym potwierdzeniem rezerwacji, nie miałem informacji czy? a jeżeli tak to kto i kiedy przykaże mi klucze/kody.
Na Bookingu jestem od wielu lat i moje dane są znane, ale to w tym przypadku nie wystarczyło, z drżeniem o zachowanie cyberbezpieczeństwa musiałem je podać, chociaż e-mial przychodzący z domeny inkso.eu, (który prowadzi do meldunku on-line i wniesienia opłaty), zawierał ostrzeżenie,
że " zawiera link, który był UŻYWANY DO KRDZIEŻY DANYCH, Nie klikaj ani nie podawaj danych osobowych w odpowiedzi"
Tylko bez meldunku i wniesienia opłaty klimatycznej, nie dostałbym kontaktu do Pana, który ma polską komórkę i mówi po polsku.
Zdaję sobie sprawę, że ocena jest bardzo niska, ale to wyłącznie wina tego obiektu, że funduje taki stres - zanim gość pojawi się w obiekcie. Gdyby nie to, że była to oferta bezzwrotna, to prawdopodobnie wybrałbym inny lokal.
Wszystko to o czym tu napisałem mam udokumentowane i mogę przesłać adminom obiektu, bo może nawet nie zdają sobie sprawy z tego jak wyglądają ich wiadomości ( e-miale)
