Clean, comfortable and quiet accommodation, despite its location in a busy area with numerous bars, cafés and restaurants, within walking distance of central Palermo. We felt safe spending time in this area both during the day, and in the evening, and found it easy to travel further afield to Mondello and Trapani by bus and coach, and Cefalu by train, as it was well situated for using public transport.
The Aircon was extremely efficient!
Communication with our host in Palermo would have been much easier, had I initially made contact with the provider by phone, instead of using the Booking.com messaging facility. Once we had each others details on WhatsApp, our host was really helpful and responsive.
Not the fault of the accommodation provider, but our first nights' sleep was disturbed several times by someone ringing our doorbell using the intercom during the early hours. At our hosts' suggestion, we adjusted the intercom to 'silent', and slept perfectly for the remainder of our stay!

Tout était parfait ! L’accueil chaleureux de Christine à notre arrivée ainsi que sa disponibilité. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la ville : un quartier vivant et animé tout en restant calme. L’appartement est conforme aux photos, très agréable et sans mauvaise surprise. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons sans hésitation !
