Nearness to the city center. Clean house. Nice note from owner about places to visit and where to eat.
The bed. I couldn't sleep on the bed because it was too close to the roof. I slept on the sofa downstairs 😩
I had to creep on and off the bed.

The location of the apartment is great. Near supermarket and close to public transport. We used the electric scooters a lot, which can be found close to the apartment. It is quiet and tidy in the building and there is an elevator (apartment is on the 5th floor).
Self check-inn and communication with host is good.
Despite air conditioning being listed among the facilities, there is no air conditioning in the apartment. Therefor we had to sleep with the windows open (with noise and light from outside), because it gets stuffy in the attic where the bed is.
The stairs to the bed and the bed itself are only suitable for fit and brave people. You can’t sit upright in the bed.
The kitchen facilities are basic (for example, only one pot and one pan and no colander).

Check In / Out and communication with the host was good. The location is close to the beach and well connected to public transport
The apartment looks so much nicer on the pictures than it really is. It's really tiny and all the furniture and equipment is cheap. The worst is the "bed" about 40 cms under the ceiling. No space to move and it gets very hot in summer. The bathroom is also really small with just a plastic curtain so everything gets wet when you shower.
