Grds. Schöne helle, neue Wohnung.

Neue große Wohnung, ruhig gelegen.

Spartanisch, nicht gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt eine Couch oder Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tisch o.ä. Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, Haken u. ä. Bisschen Deko, z.B. Bilder, wären gut. Küchenstühle sind ein Witz! Sehr wackelig und instabil!

Die Idee der Unterkunft bietet Potenzial, wenn Verbesserungen s.o. vorgenommen werden.

Die Räumlichkeiten sind neu saniert und mit 2 sep. Zimmern und Zugang vom Grundsatz her gut. Die Betten sind zumindest für normal große Menschen bequem. Die Küche hat Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, Kühl-, Gefrierkombi alles neu, sowie Abstellfläche wie auf den Fotos. Es ist relativ viel Platz, auch die Möglichkeit Terrasse ist schön.

Die Unterkunft ist nirgends als Ferienunterkunft beschriftet und erkennbar (weder am Haus noch am Zaun). Die Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich sehr schwierig. Die angekündigte Information am Tag vorher blieb aus. Der Kontakt war mit etwas Schwierigkeiten (Adresse nicht korrekt- es gibt diese Adresse in Fredersdorf und Petershagen, korrekt ist Petershagen, in den Buchungsunterlagen stand Fredersdorf, eine angegebene Handynummer war nicht korrekt, zum Glück gab es mehrere Kontaktnummern), es gibt keine Außenbeleuchtung für An- und Abreise, Schlüsselzugang ist in Schlüsselkasten- ohne Taschenlampe keine Chance! Keine Garderobe, insgesamt fehlen Ablage- oder auch Relaxfläche wie Stuhl, Sessel, Couch o.ä. in den Schlafzimmern und im Bad, Dusche neu und gut gedacht mit Regendusche, aber schlecht installiert (das Fenster und das halbe Bad steht unter Wasser und mußte entsprechend anschließend abgeflitscht werden), die einzigen Stühle in der Wohnung sind extrem wackelige unbequeme Barhocker in der Küche. WLAN Zugang wird angegeben, allerdings kein Zugang möglich. (Parkplatz vorhanden aber sehr uneben, matschig). Regelung der Temperatur in den Räumen schwierig, obwohl Fußbodenheizung. Lüftung im Bad nur über Fenster möglich, Lüfter zusätzlich wäre sinnvoll. Nachdem der Anfangskontakt sehr unangemessen endete wollten wir uns Weihnachten nicht noch mehr verderben! Die Bewertung könnte sicherlich schlechter ausfallen, hier sind die positiven Dinge entsprechend wohlwollend berücksichtigt .-)Die Idee der Unterkunft bietet Potenzial, wenn Verbesserungen s.o. vorgenommen werden, sonst eher als Monteurwohnung geeignet als für Urlaub und Erholung..
