Belle chambre bien équipée (chauffage d'appoint) et douche chaude. Les chambres sont dans une cour intérieur, nous sommes donc à l'abri des bruits de la ville. Service de gardiennage des bagages bien pratique. L'hôtel nous a réservé les services d'un chauffeur pour la vallée sacrée. On a eu la chance d'être accompagnés par Mario qui est un excellent chauffeur et un guide formidable. Discret, sympa, cultivé parlant un espagnol facile à comprendre pour des débutants, vraiment quelle chance, merci encore Mario !
Seul point à améliorer : la sonnette un peu forte qui peut sonner un peu tôt le matin (nous étions juste au dessus de l'accueil.

El personal es muy amable y está siempre pendiente de si necesitas algo.
El desayuno es a elegir sobre una carta, no hay mucha variación pero es muy completo. Un día salíamos muy temprano y por la noche nos dieron una bolsita con algunas cosas para desayunar, se agradece.
Nuestra habitación era enorme, la cama de 2 metros y espacio para dejar nuestras cosas. Estuvimos 4 noches y fue muy cómodo.
Tienen un pequeño calefactor que no es suficiente pero ayuda a calentar un poco, dentro de la cama no hace nada de frío. La cama comodísima.
El alojamiento está en un portal sin ningún cartel, comparte espacio con otras viviendas aunque las habitaciones está en un patio al fondo, no se oyen ruidos de la calle, solo de otros huéspedes.
La ubicación es genial porque está a 5 minutos de la plaza de armas, sin cuestas, hay restaurantes, mini markets, lo que quieras cerca.
El agua caliente sale perfecta, no como en otros sitios del país.
Nuestros cargadores se caían en esos enchufes un poco, quedaban en equilibrio, no se porqué.
La puerta de entrada a la habitación era diferente que el resto de habitaciones y era muy rústica, el problema no es la seguridad pero sí el aislamiento.

(Afma Nueva Alta) The genuine warmth and kindness of the staff really makes this place special, with praise to Sebastian and Luis for making the stay so smooth, including on a day where I was feeling ill and needed assistance. The place was well heated with heaters in the room, had a decent breakfast selection (including eggs, french toast made to your liking), and brilliant hot water pressure. It is located in a central area, only 5 minutes walk to restaurants and the main plaza. Housekeeping staff, breakfast staff all did a good job with keeping the place clean, and there was unlimited coca tea and other tea brews for consumption. What I also really liked was the water dispenser which made getting water so much easier. The Internet generally worked well for use and I had no major issues. Overall, I was happy with the place and stayed for about a week!
Nothing, I would recommend this place for others to stay!

The location was good and overall good value
We had requested single beds and when we arrived after a very long day found 1 shared bed. The staff were unsure and I showed them it was on our booking but they did not understand. We had to share the first night and a staff member told us the next day that they had not been notified of this request. It took numerous more times of asking across our stay for this to be fixed. There was also a big gap in the room door that you could see the bed from outside.
