Se poate și mai bine...

In mare parte curat și îngrijit. Doamna care ne-a dat cheia dispusă să ne aștepte chiar dacă avea ceva programat iar noi am întârziat un pic.

Filtrele de la aerul condiționat erau pline de praf. Le-am spălat noi. Fetele de pernă aveau un miros greu deoarece au fost puse umede și nu au fost uscate bine. Le-am spălat noi din nou la mașină.prosoapele la fel cu miros greu

Ospitalità ben al di sotto delle aspettative

Posizione ok, appartamento ok.

La comunicazione con l’host è stata molto negativa. Alle mie ripetute richieste su come gestire un eventuale ritardo del treno ho ricevuto risposte evasive e nessuna soluzione concreta. Solo dopo l’intervento del Servizio Clienti di Booking l’host si è reso disponibile a trovare un’alternativa. Anche il check-in è stato estremamente frettoloso e poco cordiale, con la sensazione che l’unico obiettivo fosse andarsene il prima possibile. L’appartamento è conforme alle foto, ma l’esperienza complessiva è stata decisamente deludente. Non tornerei.
