I liked that it was affordable, with parking, our own appartment not too far from the city centre.
I also liked the communication with the host who sent everything before my visit. It was clean and spacious and not crammed with unneccassary nicknacks. Also liked additonal blankets were available which we used on the sofa whilst watching tv. TV was good size and clear picture. Loved that it had a full size fridge freezer so could buy stuff from local supermarket 5 mins away.
No welcome information - had to check my phone for all queries. (Annoying when I wanted to spend less time on my phone) I think a welcome book with local information, attractions close by, pubs, taxis bus routes etc. House information - where to find teatowels, wifi password (incase messages dont come through clear), house rules and where binbags were kept as well as what goes in what bin for departure.
1 towel per person wasnt enough, I ended up buying more as that was all we had. Ideally a bath towel/sheet and hand towel per person would have been better.
Parking was a little bit awkward but managable.
The coffee mugs were not great with the small handle, maybe an extra set of mugs with a normal handle, just nice to have the option.
Shower not very powerful, but it does the job.
There was no little 'extras' that would have made it more welcoming. But it was good for what we needed.

THE LOCATION WAS STEPS AWAY FROM THE BUS STOP, VERY QUIET LOCATION ALSO.
IT WAS ADVERTISED TO HAVE A WASHING MACHINE BUT THERE WASNT ONE. A HEATER STAYED ON AND COULDN'T BE TURNED OFF, IT WAS SUMMER AND VERY HOT IN THE APT. SOME DETAILED INFORMATION ON THE LISTING DIDN'T MATCH THE APARTMENT.
