Located close to the train station and the central bus station, the flat was a nice hub for our daily activities during our one week stay, whether in the city center, the outskirts or other nearby cities. The tiny kitchen was suitable for having coffee in the morning and heating up something small, anyways eating out in one of the numerous famous breweries had been on our daily schedule.
Noise and air pollution due to dense traffic, even though it is less during the night. Although we had taken that into account when choosing that location I would choose a flat with windows to the back yard next time.

Proximity to centrum
Noise from the street was enormous, especially during hot days if you want to have the window open.

Location was close to old town
No air conditioning, if you opened the windows there was too much noise
Towels were horrible
One side of bed was against a wall
Shower was over bath, but was really low, you had to kneel in bath.
Courtyard was full of weeds and ugly
