Perfect location, nice clean rooms, nice staff, nice small pool to cool down. Its close to beachwalk mall, poppies lane II, and Kuta beach. Free water galon at reception. If we come back we would go again to Surfariss Inn. Breakfast was simple but tastfull and good!
All was good. Things tonight improve, free water bottles at the room every day.

The property is very clean and the staff are very nice. I love the location and have stayed here previously, but the larger apartments have since been rented out long term. As a result, we stayed in the lower rooms, and the standard is far below the apartment. The standard is poor.
The mattress was an inner spring cheapy. Hard with springs bulging through. By the end of our stay I could barely walk. And only two old lumpy pillows. There is not a single facility in the room. Not a spoon, fork or cup. No kettle. No toiletries or soap. Nothing. I am seriously disappointed and thay was my last stay at Surfaris.
