Breakfast was very good. The views from our balcony were spectacular.
Check in could have been smoother. We had to wait 30 minutes after check in time for our room to be ready. It was a pity that there wasn't a bar, as it would have been nice to sit and have a drink before dinner.

The view from the 2nd floor and rooftop is beautiful as the villa is built on a hill and overlooks the sea port. The rooms and deeply laundered towels smell so good. The host put on some welcoming music for us and gave prior instructions on how to access the villa so it felt inviting. It would be great for a couple on their honeymoon as the gorgeous bathtub is in the living room! But the shower room on the ground floor also makes for a relaxing shower time. The tasteful touches and interior design and the main mattress were very comfortable and pleasing, so we were torn over traveling out to explore vs staying in to enjoy the villa. Short bus ride to Huinnyeol Culture Village for cafes by the sea!
What is a plus point for the excellent view is also a challenging endeavor for luggages and elderly who are not used to slopes (in the vicinity). Watch out for one or two of the steps to the rooftop that are easy to miss. We did not realise that what we thought was a wash area on the 2nd floor was actually a foot bath until it was too late. Also watch out for lower ceiling in the 2nd floor shower.

The view from the rooftop is absolutely magical, and the design of the accommodation is absolutely beautiful - very modern and cohesive. For a couple there is plenty of space and a great kitchen for cooking.
Unfortunately, we felt the listing was misleading about how many people the accommodation could host (we were a group of 4). There is one bed, and they can provide futons, but there are no doors in the house except for the bathrooms, so there is no real privacy. As Europeans, the Futons were not thick enough to be comfortable on the tile floor, so we ended up booking an additional hotel room.
The host was not very forthcoming with information, so we had to text them to find out how to use the water heater and the Wi-Fi (there is information on a tablet, but it's only in Korean). Generally, I still think the house is very nice for a couple, but I would not recommend it for a larger group.
