The location was excellent, we liked the self check in, so we did not meet any staff at all. The common space looked very fine. The room was clean and of ok size. The breakfast was at neighboring bakery and was really good.
The room (#13) was very dark, looking into a wall and windows of a neighboring building, so we had to have lights on at all times, that dark it was. There is definitely something going on with sewage as we were hearing pumps and strange noises from the shower.

We very much enjoyed our stay with Aparthotel Lavilo City Center 31.08.26 (Room 6, the Suite). The hotel location as excellent, directly on the Main Square (Hauptplatz). Check-In went very smoothly when we arrived. The room, with its very high ceilings and historic rehab, was beautifully decorated and very comfortable and clean. And the cleaning staff was both competent, helpful and friendly. Lastly, the price we paid for the room we found to be quite reasonable. We will most certainly return the next time we visit Graz!

Toller Lage
-extrem schlechte Luft im Einfangsbereich
-Klimaanlage war ausgeschaltet (dauerte viele h bis die Temperatur erträglich war
-die Ausstattung ist massiv ungenügend, (nur einzelne Gläser, alle sehr klein, Primitivbesteck, kein brauchbares Brotmesser, Kühlschrank viel zu klein, (nur 3 Flaschen kühlbar) und überfordert.
