Mulia villa is a very new and nice place where you can spend quite a lot time during your visit to this area. This is absolutely private place concluding 2 room house, lawn and a small garden where if you lucky enough you can harvest bananas, soursop, passion fruit (the liana is climbing at the fence) and oranges. You also have outdoor concrete table for morning coffee or breakfast and the whole roof - to take sun bathes with the view.
The place is good for a couple or family, who rent a bike or a car, because it's located quite far from the beach and shops (the small conviniece shop is nearby). People who look for peacefulness and privacy will get them here for sure and will be able to rest from hustle and bustle) Only peacocks and dogs can bother you here.
There are 2 beds - a kingsize one and a bunk bed which i used as a sofa for day chilling. There-s enough furniture to feel comfortable. There's no AC but ceiling fans are enough.
Outdoor kitchen is quite small.
I felt the lack of tableware: there were only plasti dishes and bowls so I had to ask for some c eramic ones. There were only 2 cups, of of which is a bit cracked for 4 people who can live at one time. No many utilities for cooking. And that was not convinient to walk between fridge and kitchen, but it can be only my problem.
I would also recommend to put some wood outdoor furniture, because plastic one makes the place look cheaper. Otherwise it looks pretty nice and for me a little bit underpriced.
