Perfect equipment: The apartment has absolutely everything you need for both short and long stays — a washing machine with a dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, as well as capsules for the dishwasher and washing machine.
Thoughtful touches from the host: We were welcomed like special guests! We were highly delighted by the complimentary bottle of wine, bottled water, tea and coffee capsules. The host also provided disposable slippers, toothbrushes, and high-quality shower gels/shampoos.
Comfortable sleep: The bed is very comfortable, and the sofa bed has an additional mattress, making sleeping there an absolute pleasure.
Location & Logistics: Very convenient contactless self check-in via a code. The location is excellent — literally a 5–7 minute walk to the Coresi Mall, and about 10 minutes by car to the old town of Brașov. There is also a private parking space right in front of the building.
A huge thank you to the wonderful host for such incredible attention to detail. We will definitely save this place and would love to come back again!
Things to keep in mind:
Ground floor: The apartment is located on the ground floor right next to the building's entrance. If it's warm outside and you decide to sleep with the windows open, you will occasionally hear people coming and going.
Summer period: There is no air conditioning or mosquito nets on the living room windows (so you might want to be careful with mosquitoes during summer). But that’s a minor issue that’s easily fixed.

Apartament la parter, curat, spatios, confortabil. Doatat cu tot ce este nevoie pt un sejur scurt sau mai lung, masina de spalat cu uscător, masina de spalat vase, cafetiera, prăjitor de paine, cuptor microunde. Sunt capsule de cafea, iar spre bucuria copilului caramele. Proprietara amabila. Au lăsat chiar si o sticla de vin. Mai gasiti papuci de unica folosință, periute de dinți, șampon/gel de dus.
Patul confortabil, iar pe canapea exista topper si se doarme f bine.
Este f aproape de mall coresi
Are loc de parcare in spatele blocului. Accesul se face pe baza de cod.

Modern and cozy apartment, in close proximity to Coresi shopping centre, and about 10 min to old city by car. Self check in and checkout. Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything for comfort stay. Much appreciated bottled water, tea, capsules for coffee machine, and a welcome bottle of wine.
Absence of mosquito nets on windows in dining room (our son get numerous mosquito bites on one of the nights).
Absence of aircon (but this is my problem that I didn’t check during booking).
Apartment is on the ground floor, close to entrance of the building, so if it’s warm outside and you sleep with open windows, you hear all the noise, calls, and talks from people getting inside building.

E intr-o zona linistita, pentru noi perfecta. Apartamentul a fost curat, ingrijit, cu tot ce ai nevoie in el, inclusiv accesorii pe care nu le gasesti oriunde, ex: deodorant, discuri demachiante, periuta de dinti, etc. Proprietarii foarte intelegatori, deschisi si comunicativi.
Becul de la baie cu temporizare, nu il poti stinge cand vrei (e un mic inconvenient deoarece se poate stinge in timp ce esti la dus). Coltarul din living nu e foarte comod de dormit pe el, dar pentru noi o noapte nu a fost tragedie. Poate ar merge un topper peste.
